Nestled in among the many bars and eateries on Fitzroys humming Gertrude Street, Archies is a welcome change from those nothing but breakfast joints. The whitewashed interiors and kitschy paintings make this a comfy place to while away a few hours and enjoy a bit of people watching.
And although the menu is distinctly split by brekky and lunch you can get your afternoon eggs or an early burger without any grumbling. For flavours, think local and international, such as Huevos Sucios (dirty eggs) and the Juicy Lucy Wagyu burger.
